Deleting MyCWUS account

Request accessible without connection

Deletion erases the MyCWUS account and associated personal data: cruises, activities, budgets, diary, documents, photos, contacts, messages and notifications. The elements that must be kept for a legal obligation, in particular certain payment documents, are isolated and then deleted at the end of the legal period.

From the app

Log in, then open Settings → Account Management → Delete My Account. Explicit confirmation is requested before any deletion.

If you can no longer log in

Send the request from the email address linked to the account. Identity verification may be requested in order to protect your data.
