MyCWUS, a service published under the Cruising With Us brand, is responsible for the processing. Contact: cwusaot@gmail.com.

Depending on the functions used: email address, nickname, preferences, itineraries and stopovers, activities, budgets, diary, useful contacts, photos, travel documents, support messages, subscriptions, notification identifiers and technical data necessary for security and performance.

Travel documents may contain sensitive data. Their addition is optional and should be limited to truly useful information.

The data is used to provide and secure the service, synchronize cruises, display weather and ship positions, process assistance and AI functions, send requested notifications, provide support and manage Premium rights. This processing is based on the performance of the requested service, consent when required, our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in securing and improving MyCWUS.

The data may be processed by our strictly necessary technical service providers: Base44 for hosting and authentication, Stripe for web payments, as well as messaging, notifications, mapping, weather and artificial intelligence providers activated by the functions used. We do not sell personal data.

Certain service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with applicable contractual guarantees.

AI assistance requires consent, which can be withdrawn in Settings. Information needed for your request may be processed by Base44 and model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, depending on the service. Other features remain available without consent. Reports send the excerpts you choose to the MyCWUS team for review.

Erasure of stored files and AI histories must be confirmed by the hosting provider. A pending request is not completed erasure.

Account data is retained during use. After deletion, they are erased or anonymized, except for limited retention required by law, in particular for payment receipts and fraud prevention. Technical backups are purged according to the host's retention cycle.

MyCWUS uses per-user access controls, secure communications and measures to limit unauthorized access. Since no system can guarantee zero risk, we recommend not saving any documents that are not necessary.

You can view and export your data from “Account Management”. You can also correct your information, delete your account, withdraw consent or contact us to exercise your rights of access, opposition and limitation.
